The stylish music action game No Straight Roads was originally expected to be released on June 30, 2020, but problems caused by the COVID-19 pandemic caused the game to be delayed. Now, Malaysia-based game studio Metronomics has announced that the game will release on PS4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and PC via the Epic Games Store on August 25, 2020.
Developed under the leadership of Final Fantasy XV’s lead game designer Wan Hazmer and Street Fighter V’s concept artist Daim Dziauddin, No Straight Roads is a hero-leading action-adventure game where EDM is used to control the masses.
The rhythm-inspired game includes loads of “concerts” to explore the world of Vinyl City. Player characters can build and raise a fan base by progressing through the world and gaining more power.
Starting today, PC gamers can access a playable demo via the Epic Games Store.
